Hi, I’m Elland,
A Qualified Personal Trainer based at LWL Gym in Littleborough, Rochdale.
Sport was always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I was constantly involved in school sports, playing for the netball and rounders teams and representing my school as part of the relay team. As I got older, sport naturally took more of a back seat, but that changed when I began my own fitness journey.
I originally started training with one goal in mind — to feel more confident for a holiday. What began as a simple goal quickly became something much bigger, and I fell in love with the process of becoming stronger, healthier and more confident.
Strength training transformed me not just physically, but mentally too. It helped me become a stronger and more confident version of myself both inside and outside the gym. That confidence then led me to try my first pole fitness class, which soon became another passion of mine.
Pole fitness combines two key elements I truly value — strength and flexibility.
For me, strength and flexibility go hand in hand. Developing both equally has improved my performance, not only in the gym but also in the pole studio, and it’s something I encourage my clients to focus on too.
I became a Personal Trainer because I want to help people experience the same positive changes I did. Fitness has the power to change lives, build confidence and help you become the strongest version of yourself — physically and mentally. I now also teach pole fitness classes from beginners all the way uptown advanced.
