What types of coaching do you offer?

I offer 1-1 / 2-1 personal training as well as online coaching - for those who wish to train with me but aren't local to me.

What can I expect from a personal training session?

Every session is tailored to your goals, fitness level and experience. Sessions will include strength training, conditioning, mobility work and lifestyle support to help you build confidence and achieve sustainable results.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Absolutely not! Your training / programme will be designed to meet you where you are. Whether your a complete beginner or already active, sessions are adapted to your ability and progressed safely over time.

What goals can you help with?

I can help with - Strength & muscle building, Weight loss, Flexibility & mobility, Confidence, Cardiovascular fitness, Performance Training.

Do you provide training plans?

Yes! Will all personal training packages / online coaching training plans will be provided via my coaching app and will be tailored towards your goals / existing fitness level.

Do I need any experience to start pole fitness?

No experience is needed. Pole is for everyone regardless of age, size or fitness background Beginners sessions will focus on building strength and confidence step by step.

What should I wear for a pole class?

Shorts and a fitted short sleeve t-shirt / sports bra is best as your skin is what grips you to the pole! There are changing rooms in the studio too!

Are the classes woman only?

Yes they are! All of my classes are exclusively woman only and only suitable for those 18+

Im not flexible - Can I still come to a pole class?

100% flexibility is something that will improve over time through consistent training and stretching.

How do I book a class?

You can book classes through the pole fitness class tab - this will take you direct to the booking system,.

What is your cancelation policy?

Pole Fitness - Please provide 24 hours notice for cancelations / rescheduling. Late cancelations will not be refunded / rescheduled. For Memberships 1 month notice is required.

Personal Training / Online Coaching - 10 Working days BEFORE payment is requested - if outside of the notice period another month will still be charged.

All personal training packages can be found on the personal training page!

For Pole Fitness we offer single bookings as well as monthly memberships.

Single bookings - £15 

​

Bronze Membership - £54.99 per month / 4 x Pole fitness classes monthly / Monthly Stretch PDF.

Silver Membership - £84.99 per month / 8 x Pole fitness classes monthly / Monthly Stretch PDF.

When are your pole fitness classes?

Monday 5pm - Higher beginner / Improver.

Thursday 7pm - Beginner.

​

Thursday 8pm - Intermediate Advanced.

​

Saturday 9am - Mixed Levels.
