Signing up to PT with Elland was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve been stuck for so long in my eating habits and lack of motivation and the support and guidance I’ve received from Elland is unreal. Not to mention I’m only on my second week and already feel much more confident- I can’t WAIT to see the results after my 6 week check in. We have a laugh and chat but she tells me when to ‘just do it’ (I’m a big moaner and I need the push) THANKS ELLAND!

Cannot be more grateful for Elland’s coaching through my Pt sessions and pole fitness journey. Can’t thank Elland enough for her expertise and support. As someone who is not naturally co-ordinated or sporty, I imagine that I can be a challenge to PT sometimes, but Elland has never given that impression. She is supportive and encourages me to push myself, more than I  would  if left to my own devices. 

 

The training plans are tailored, varied and make use of the extensive equipment LWL has to offer. 

 

Not only has my physique improved over the past year as a result but so has my overall strength, confidence and mental wellbeing. All aspects that have had a positive influence on other areas of my life. 

Elland is incredibly supportive, personable, and genuinely invested in helping you progress in a way that works for you.

 

She adapts every programme to suit my goals, ability, which has made training both fun and effective. She explains everything clearly, keeps sessions motivating, and creates an environment where you feel comfortable pushing yourself without pressure.

I Originally met Elland through her pole fitness class over 2 years ago. Then decided to try out the actual gym. No idea what I was doing, knew I had back problems. Started PT with Elland and she really does listen and make the sessions all about your goals, your fitness levels and strive to improve any issues you have. Pushes you to do all the right things, including eating correctly to match what you're doing in the gym and your lifestyle. 100% recommend. You can feel the personal touch she has for your sessions, as she cares and listens but is definitely tough when she knows you can do better, and you will feel amazing after your sessions with her.
